Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns that are in the same condition as when we shipped them.  Our site has a 100% free shipping to you policy.  However, shipping will not be refunded if the entire order is cancelled after shipping.  f an order i Items damaged in shipping enroute to you must be reported within two days of receipt.  Items must be in their original containers.    Any pre-ordered item may be completely cancelled for a full refund.  

Our Return and Refund Policy:

• Must be applied for within 3 days
• Items must be in original containers and in a resellable condition
• Reason for return must be stated - Buyer's remorse s not an adequate reason
• Contact us by text utilizing our chat bot between the scheduled hours or sent us an email 
• Refunds will be processed within three days by us after inspection
• Any and all engraved or personalized items are not returnable unless damaged enroute to you.
